I sold an item to someone in Denmark, however they missed the delivery and it was taken to a dropoff point. The seller contacted me claiming that they couldn't pick up the package due to it not having an email or phone number on the package, but I talked to a friend of mine who lives there and they made me aware that is false.
They asked Ebay to step in for a refund, which they did, and the buyer got a refund while the package was still at the dropoff point, and as soon as the refund was processed, they picked up the package. What is the proper means through Ebay I can use to report / handle this situation? The help topics weren't very useful.
