Seller posts to my lcoation, but when bidding I get an error

Hi all,

I want to bid on a watch.

The seller does ship to the Netherlands where I live.

When I want to bid on the watch I get a message.

I contacted the seller and he does send to the Netherlands.

I tried to place the bid through my phone, the app, my laptop, and through several browsers.

I also looked at my adress and this is also correct.

Does anyone knows what the problem is and how I can solve it?
