I have bought an item online with a non-refundable $500 deposit.
We agreed to a monthly payment plan ($800 per month). The seller then was uncontactable for almost a month.
I openend a paypal claim to receive my refund but the seller refuses to cooperate.
The seller intended to keep both the payment I made and the "non-refundable" $500 which I am demanding due to
the seller being at fault of not upholding our written agreement and intending to keep the payments made without shipping the vehicle.
