On Januari 17th I bought and payed for this object.
On Februari 26th I contacted seller that object still had not arrived.
On februari 27th seller contacted me back and asked what my solution would be.
On March 4th I replied that I could either buy a new object and she would send two or that she had to send a new one.
On March 4th I received a replie that said the seller had send a new parcel and told me to wait for it.
On the 13th of May (and to this day) I still have not received any of the parcels. I tried contacting the seller again but either received no reply or it was impossible to contact the seller because of the time period that had passed. Would you be so kind to help me with this situation? I would appreciate it very much.
