In the mean time, the buyer has received his item (usps tracking number: ****). The buyer now has the item and the money which was refunded to him (because the item was not received).
I have called customer service and they decided I had to contact the buyer directly to get my money back. I think this is absolutely absurd and I am curious if any experienced sellers have advice for me on this matter.
