On which address we need to send back stuff to the seller for money reclaim

I bought a phone and it was not working properly when I received. I send message to the seller adn he agreed upon returing the money. Where I should ship-back the phone. And what would be the proof that I returned the phone in case uf something goes wrong I will look for your kind advice.
