I had a package sent to me using the global shipping program, it was sent in the correct way packaged correctly,they repacked it in the uk and just threw the collectable in a box with no packingmaterials and damaged it beyond words, and the charging of import tax and transport where very high, this should not be happening at proffessional transport companies, tried contacting Ebay but no response whatsoever. so what should i do ? i tried calling ,emailig, my last option is to go to the lawyer specialized in these cases ?
i do not know where to start, someone have some advice ?
