So a buyer bought several puzzles from me and paid for them right away. Since I could combine shipping I refunded the buyer what she paid to much.
Now Ebay charged me the fees over the initial amount and did not adjust for the refund. Now the total fees over the transaction were a whopping 17,5%.
My account has Ebay managed payment activated. Contacted CS and they say they do not partial refund commisssions! So you pay over the innitial payment and even if you can give the reason "discount on shipping" it does not change the total amount of fees you are going to pay.
Do more people have this experience?
This should be fixed right?!?!
