Seeking Help for uploading CSV/Excel stock list, But always failed

I joined Ebay in January, 2024 as i am focusing to sell on eBay. I have a big stock list and it is not possible to upload them ony by one. 

I have prepared a stock list of 30 parts to test the eBay stock template listing. However, I am consistently encountering errors and failures. I have requested guidance from eBay several times, but ebay send me  PDFs that have not been helpful and have caused a delay of 5 months.

Here are some steps which I tried but failed.

*Action(SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193).

I have tried almost all the sequences:

1st *Action(SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193)

2nd Action(SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193)

3rd (SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193)

4th SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193

5th Add(SiteID=Netherlands|Country=NL|Currency=EUR|Version=1193)

I have attached the error screenshot. I would really appreciate it if you could review my Excel sheet and not only identify the issues but also guide me on how to set the columns correctly with instructions.
