Hi everyone,
I blocked a buyer who repeatedly caused problems but now bought (and paid) an item again under another name and email address. Also this time accompanied by a message with unreasonable demands.
I have asked eBay for help but all they come up with is the usual "I am here to help you", followed by useless information. The instruction on the site itself tells me to choose options that aren't there. At least not where I'm told they shoud be.
Supposedly I should open "solving transaction problems" but that sends me back to the instructions I started with. I keep moving in circles.
Can somebody please lead me through the steps to cancel a transaction?
Thanks!
Hallo.
https://pages.ebay.nl/help/sell/cancel-transaction-process.html
https://pages.ebay.nl/help/buy/bidding-overview.html
Succes!
