Kopersbescherming is fake

Als ik iets op eBay koop dan ga ik er van uit dat eBay garant staan voor de betrouwbaarheid van de verkopende partij.

Maar dat is niet meer zo.

Daags na een aankoop meldt eBay mij dat een van mijn aankopen geannuleerd wordt  en dat verkoper geen lid meer is.

Je zou denken dat juist voor deze zaken er een aankoopbescherming is, toch?

Nee hoor FOUT de verkoper is geen lid meer dus kan je ook geen beroep doen op de aankoopbescherming.

Dat kan natuurlijk niet immers eBay heeft hoe dan ook een frauduleuze handeling gefaciliteerd en hoe kan het dan dat eBay zegt dat ze er nu verder niets mee te maken hebben?

De klant moet zelf maar zien of en van wie hij zijn geld terug krijgt.

Kort om, eBays kopersbescherming is fake en daarmee verliest het platform zijn bestaansrecht.

When I buy something on eBay I assume that eBay guarantees the reliability of the seller.

But that is no longer the case.

The day after a purchase, eBay notifies me that one of my purchases is being canceled and that the seller is no longer a member.

You would think that it is precisely for these things that there is a purchase protection, right?

No, ERROR the seller is no longer a member, so you cannot rely on the purchase protection.

That is of course not possible, after all eBay has facilitated a fraudulent act anyway and how is it possible that eBay says they have nothing to do with it now?

The customer has to see for himself whether and from whom he gets his money back.

In short, eBay's buyer protection is fake and the platform loses its right to exist.
