Hoe krijg ik geld terug via ebay?

Ik heb een object gekocht maar ik heb me gelijk bedacht. Ik heb onderhandeld met de verkoper maar het geld zou ik via ebay terug moeten krijgen.

Hoe regel ik dit?

Ik zal even de gehele mail laten zien. Ik zal nu kort uitleggen wat er gebeurde. Ik wou een bluray film kopen maar die kan niet afspelen op me bluray speler dus ik heb gelijk gezegd dat ik geld terug wil en het object niet wil. Toen heb ik per ongeluk een claim uitgevoerd want ik dacht dat de verkoper daarom vroeg zodat ik geld van ebay zou terug krijgen.

From our end we refunded you in full. we have the receipts to show that you were refunded through paypal and they closed your claim because we refunded you.


Contact paypal if you are having issues. I am sure they will explain what ever issue there is with your money. You may just be mixed up and need help from paypal. If you used a credit card your funds are returned to you credit card. It does not go into your account. If you used a bank to pay they return it to your bank that can take a few days for the funds to be returned electronically.

Just talk to a paypal rep they will fix it for you.
