De verkoper zit op het PayPal strafbankje en kan niet bij zijn geld.

PayPal=eBay trekt extra rente en brengt de redenen waarom onder de noemer veiligheid.

Hebt u het item al verzonden en gekenmerkt als zodanig. Zijn er soms issues. Enzovoorts. U dient gewoon te wachten totdat uw geld het uwe wordt.
