She first accused me of exchanging plates. Which would be virtually impossible since it is unique and no for sale anywhere, Then she she accuse me of opening the box when there was a small tear in it. Saying that I should not have accepted it and the mail would not cover the costs. But the box was not broken.
Her packaging materials were a joke. A few bits of cardboard and bubbly plastic., and some paper. No styrofoam at all.. The box is not of a good sturdy quality.
So I have paid 130 euros for the broken plate See right hand corner. And she is not willing to come to an agreement or even have any empathy.
What was really surprising is that the missing piece was nowhere to be found in the box. Makes you wonder whether it was ever there at all.
Now What???
