I bought something but not from my main acount but from other acount and did not get my order now

Was bought from acount of user ellaliev-0 with the same address as elmali-12. Both acounts belong to me but the name in first acount is Ella Alieva and the name in second acount is Elmira Aliyeva. I did not receive my order up to now though the dead line was 12 May! I am worrying because of that!
