Sellers not fulfilling orders. Make fake purchase and comments to keep ratings high.

What is ebay doing about seller accounts committing fraud by padding their ratings with fraudulent sales and comments?  I had a friend in China that told me MOST CHINA EBAY SELLERS do this. I have FRIENDS in various countries. They make FAKE ORDERS AND COMMENTS.....ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE THE SAME BUYER MAKING A LOT OF COMMENTS IN THE COURSE OF 3 MONTHS. These asre the friends they have made locally and internationally that assist them in commiting fraud to keep theirvratings high. ESPECIALLY IN FIRST 3 MONTHS OF OPENING THE ACCOUNT and at ANY TIME THEIR RATING GOES BELOW ALL THE STARS FILLED IN THEIR FAVOR.  The reason I say I HAD a friend in China is because that person wanted me to do the same for them as MOST OTHER CHINA SCAM CON ARTISTS EBAY SELLERS DO. I will not be part of tat and broke off our friendship. I really suggest all in the community pressure ebay to reevaluate how it works it's rating system and if their is more than 2 orders from a customer with a comment in a given month that the account no matter what COUNTRY it is in has their account reviewed by a live person to see if that account is doing fraudulent sales, padding commentss, or scamming!!!!!  Oh this EX-FRIEND also said the SAME ACCOUNTS EITHER SEND YOU BROKEN, INFERIOR QUALITY, ITEMS NOT LIKE IN PICK, OR DO NOT SEND THE ITEM AT ALL, NOR DO THEYOU GIVE A REFUND UNTIL THEY HAVE SCAMMED THE MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. THIS IS WORSE THAN A PONZIE SCHEME!!!!!  FIX THIS EBAY!!!!

KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFE EBAY!!!  THAT IS WHY HERE IN THE NETHERLANDS WE ARE NOT FOND OF YOU!!! WANT MORE BUSINESS IN THE NETHERLANDS THEN MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ACCOUNTS GETTING AWAY WITH SUCH SCAMS!!!!!!
