Seller does not want to recognize warranty

Hi,

we bought an item which has always been defected but we did not use it so much.

Now we want to use it and since it is still covered by warranty we want the seller to fix the issue.

We have problems with the seller.

Can you help us?

We want to give a negative feedback for this behaviour, can we do it?

I do not understand, why did you not immediately reported that it was not good?
Why wait and then ask for repairs? The seller thinks that you yourself has broke the item. Always immediately report if it is not good!
