  To whom this may concern, 

   A couple of mounts ago I orderd some cloths by your window shop.

   Eversinds I did not hear from you,and neither I received the items.

   What I did see you had  taken the money from my credit card  but 

    nothing.

    I have a question for you,how much more i have to wait to receive

    the items?
