Shipping to EU

I am trying to list an object to be sent from the Netherlands wherever in the European Union and ebay doesn't let me.

There's this error:

Verzending - Geef ten minste één binnenlandse verzendservice op.

I choose TNT but whatever I do, it won't accept ANYTHING but from Netherlands to the Netherlands.

Bottomline, my advertisement only appears with "I ship to: Netherlands" and I want it with "I ship to: EU"
