I bought a cheap hair product from a uk seller with good feedback (2014-07-20), up until now the item never arrived (2014-09-04), the seller refunded my costs without problems.
Since I still needed the product - bought the same product from another seller - one I have used in the past without problems. It's been 2 weeks now and the item has still not arrived - again...
I live in a small town, and have no idea what the problem could be :
the product I ordered before, the seller I used before (with success), my address or other info has not changed....
I really have to wonder if the postal services here or in the UK are on strike, or simply decided not to deliver ? Never had such issues before, of specific items repeatedly going missing.
I trust I can get a refund - but at the end of the day - I want the product, and can't buy it here locally 
What could possibly be the reason ...???
