Is it normal that if you have to wait a week before my item is send to me

I am waiting now for 7 day until the thing I bouth and it is stil not sended to me. 

it keeps seeing that it is not jet shipped. and when I ask the seller he/she seys that i need to contact ebay.

becouse they go over the sending of my product. 

I have also tryed to contact ebay about it but i can't find it anywere ho to contact them.

please hlep me if you now waht is hapening or if you now how to contact ebay self

Ik lees 5 tot 19 werkdagen, dat is 1-4 weken. Komt nog de inklaring bij.

Reken op 4-6 weken.
