There has been a PayPal data center outage on October 30. This seems to have caused a failed connection between PayPal accounts and their correspondiging bank accounts thus forcing the use of a credit card. PayPal is still busy recovering from the outage at this point.
A (temporary) solution might be, to manually transfer the desired amount of money to the PayPal account.

Het lijkt erop, dat dit heeft veroorzaakt dat PayPal-accounts niet meer (correct) gekoppeld zijn aan de bankrekeningen, waarbij het gebruik van een creditcard wordt afgedwongen. PayPal is op dit moment nog bezig met herstelwerkzaamheden.
Een (tijdelijke) oplossing kan zijn, om handmatig het gewenste bedrag over te maken naar het PayPal-account.

The seller says Paypal is allright, but he is new on Ebay, no feedback (0) at this moment at all.
