How do I combine shipping when buying multiple objects from the same user.

How do I combine shipping when buying multiple objects from the same user. This used to be but ebay no longer lets me use the option " continue shopping" instead it forces me to directly pay for the stuff with paypall. This results in me paying the shipping cost over and over again.

Does anyone know why this is the case and how to solve it ?
