Hi Jan, I have the same problem. I believe that I sent all the necessary info as a reply to Ebay but I did not get any answer. I ordered two items and paid for it, yet they say I ordered apart a third one and I have to pay for it before the 20th of march. So far I could not get into contact with Ebay not with their Ebay customer support service which does not have any phone number in NL.
