Every time I try to send you money directly on PayPal it says that you would owe a fee. The only thing I can do since eBay closed the case is to wait until my account statement closes on Thursday and the money will be transferred to you without a fee. I understand your frustration, but I doubt you want to pay a fee on a refund.
