thanks, could not open a claim in ebay or paypal because payment was more than 45 days ago, so posted negative feedback and was about to get in touch with my credit card company when the seller finally refunded full payment.
So I was lucky I guess, my seller was honest (or didn,t want tne negative feedback, mine was the only negative feedback visible in his store. The 45 day limit seems strange to me, seems to me to be only in the interest of the seller. I don,t know what the CC company would have said.
