Dat de trackingsite slecht wordt bijgehouden dat heb ik wel eens meer meegemaakt maar dan had ik mijn pakketje binnen een week wel binnen dus dan maakte het niet zoveel uit.

Maar wat ik wel heel raar vind is dat het tracking nummer nog niet omgenummerd is, want dat gebeurd toch meteen als het pakketje in Nl komt voordat het naar de Douane gaat?

Ik heb de verkoper net een mailtje gestuurd want hij had gezegd dat ik tot woensdag moest wachten want dan zou het pakketje 3 weken onderweg zijn en zou hij actie ondernemen.

I thought I could take some action too so i visited the dutch postal service today, maybe they knew more about my package.
They couldn't helped me so they gave a number wich I cann call to the TNT help service.
When I called I gave them the trackingnumber ''CP491981160US'' but they said it isn't reversed to an Dutch tracking number.
This means that the package hasn't arrived in The Netherlands or is staying at the Dutch customs authorities.
So the conclusion is that the package is still on the plain that departed at 14 January? But that's impossible.
I also tried to email USPS but you need an american ZIP code or something to do that.
I really hope you could take some action now instead of waiting till wednesday because I'm very uncomfortable about this situation.
I would appreciate your help alot!

Want ik heb nog nooit van mijn leven zoiets duurs gekocht (Ik ben nog maar 17) en ik heb echt 5 weken inc. de kerstvakantie hard gewerkt om dit te kunnen kopen 😞
