How do I cancel a successfull bid? Seller is not sending me the agreed new invoice, want to cancel.

You need to contact the seller and ask him to to cancel the transaction, you can't cancel it yourself.
If he agrees he will sent you an email and you can finalize the cancelation.
If not he will open a dispute for "non payment".
What had to be changed in the new invoice?
