Tax collected eBay?

Hello!

It is my first time selling on eBay. I just sold my first listing, however, it says that eBay collected tax for around 79,- euro. My question is why is this? It is not a business for me, just private.
I'm located in Amsterdam and the buyer in Oslo (Norway) (so within EU?)

My other question is, do I need to print out a recipe and put it into the box? Because, it is not a business for me, only private use.

Hi Maupas,

Is it really tax or the sellingfee that ebay collected?
Get in touch with ebay to ask your question there.
If you're a private person you don't need to print te 'invoice'. A nice note to the buyer would be fine 😉
