When you are withdrawing funds from your PayPal account you can only withdraw in your local currency. If you have a Polish account your funds will be converted to Polish Zloty. There is no option to withdraw in other currencies as your bank account will only accept payments in their currency.

The only exception to this rule is if you have a US bank account added you can withdraw in US dollars.
