A purchaser has requested that I send their item to a different address than is listed on eBay/PayPal. The purchaser has provided me with the shipping address in a message on eBay. Contact with the purchaser was made before payment was revceived. Listed address is in France and requested shipping address is in Belgium.
It is my understanding that the seller must ship to the address that is mentioned in the order details on eBay/PayPal account.
I have asked the purchaser to update their address on eBay if it is not longer correct and they state that they have done this.
Purchaser has now paid and the address on PayPal is the same as originally mentioned on eBay. I seem to have no way to confirm the purchaser address on eBay since payment has been received.
How do you handle this? Please advise.
