dit lijkt mij een spoof email te zijn en ik zou u afraden om op links die in die mail vermeld zijn te clicken.

als ebay je al een mail stuurt is dat nooit naar Dear Ebay member, maar atijd naar Dear <je gebruikersnaam>.

Ook het email adres ebay@secure-confirm is geen officiel ebay adres, dus ja, een spoof email
