I bought a year spotify premium. The payment of the frst month failed and his account is suspended!

I bought a year spotify premium for 25 dollars. The payment should renew each month but it didn't.

His e-bay account has been suspended and I can't e-mail him! This was only my first month...

What do I do now? Do I get my money back or can he give me the 11 months back?

I'd like to get an answer.

Van eBay krijgt u niets te horen. Voor een PayPal claim zal het waarschijnlijk te laat zijn, probeer dat.

U kunt uw PayPal betaling via bankincasso laten terugboeken tot 56 dagen na betaling, idem voor creditcard tot 180/360 dagen.

Van PayPal krijgt u voor dit soort virtuele deals ook nooit iets terug.

Waarom gaat u een derde een jaar vooruit betalen in de verwachting dat die dan elke maand spotify gaat betalen.

Waarom doet u dat niet zelf. Spotify kun je trouwens bij veel producten gratis erbij krijgen.
