Purchase item not visible

I bought a Lithium Battery from Bargain Bros. which I already recieved on 4 July '15. So that item is ended in my Purchased List. So far so good.

But since it was the wrong Battery send, I reordered on 7July '15 from the same Seller. Now paying again for getting the correct Battery. Strangely my new Purchase Battery is not Shown. So no tracking of my new ordered Battery shown either. And Ebay and The Seller haven't replied on my question why my new order is untrackable. Only my first Battery Purchased is visible and even my later emails about my reordered Battery are closed as if I already recieved my Second Battery.

So the EBAY site is going very wrong here without any doubt ! Is there anything to CLEAR this mistake? Or must we stop with buying on Ebay?

Dank u voor uw reactie. Ja ik spreek ook Nederlands maar het Forum geen Engels begrijp ik?

Inmiddels heeft de Seller gereageerd op mijn vraag. Maar Ebay heeft nog altijd mijn nieuwe bestelling naar deze zelfde verkoper niet aan mijn Purschase lijst toegevoegd.

De nieuwe Batterij (Lithium 3.7V) is inmiddels onderweg en dat ondanks het feit dat Ebay niet update of meedoet in de Tracking van mijn nieuwe order. De verkoper heeft hier gelukkig zonder Ebay via Email alsnog voor gezorgd !
