foscam-reseller does not send product from repair What steps to take?

Hi People,

I have ordered

from

- foscam-reseller

I paid the product, and received it in 3 days.

So far so good.

Then I found that the camera SD-Card slot was not working.

Contacted - foscam-reseller He told me to ship the camera to some Chinese address.

He paid for the shipping.

Now some weeks further I have not received the product.

The seller told me he has send it.

What to do?

In case of repairs I think the ebay system could use some extra features.

After sending the camera back for repair the seller forced me to revise my initial rating

to possitive, otherwise he would not send the repaired product.

The revised rating I gave was positive, but cant be revised because it already was revised, and time was expired.

I have prove that I have send back the camera,

i did not see prove that it was send back to me.

Ga "Een probleem oplossen" bij Aankoopgeschiedenis bij Mijn eBay en claim voor niet-ontvangen.

Nooit buiten eBay om iets proberen te regelen.

U kunt ook bij uw creditcard terecht want alle aankopen zijn verzekerd.

Of schrijf de 90+ euro af die u als leergeld hebt betaald.

Foscam reseller reageert nog steeds niet op mijn email.

Ik ga het proberen via de credit card.

"Een probleem oplossen" zie ik niet staan bij aankoopgeschiedenis.

waarschijnlijk is het daarvoor te lang geleden.
