Saying that I should not have accepted it and the mail would not cover the costs. But the box was not broken.</P><P>Her packaging materials were a joke. A few bits of cardboard and bubbly&nbsp; plastic., and some paper.&nbsp; No styrofoam at all.. The box is not of a good sturdy quality.&nbsp;</P><P>So I have paid 130 euros for the broken plate See right hand corner. And she is not willing to&nbsp; come to an agreement or even have any empathy.&nbsp;</P><P>What was really surprising is that the missing piece was nowhere to be found in the box.
