My name is Mustafa Omid. Last week I bought one product by ebay. The product is not correct. I did contact with the seller but those people didn't replay me. Can you tell me what should i do the return time is 14 days.

Hallo,

U bent lid van Ebay.nl dus u kunt gewoon in het Nederlands corresponderen, Engels is nergens voor nodig.

Ten tweede dit is een forum waar collega Ebay-gebruikers andere proberen te helpen, u bereikt hier geen ebay-medewerkers.

Als u een probleem heeft met een transactie dan kunt u alles wat u moet doen vinden onder "hulp en contact" op de ebay-pagina's.

Zoek even op transactieproblemen en u vind alles.
