I have not received an item I bought. The seller is not helping. She has provided incorrect tracking numbers, changed delivery companies and now does now answer my mails anymore.
It's not about the money (it's gone as I stupidly paid by bank as the seller has no Paypal - I need to find a new brain).
But I would like to know if Ebay helps in inmaterial ways. Reprimand sellers like this? Strike them off? And: if so, how do I go about asking Ebay to act?
Any advice/help would be much aprreciated!
