I have bought an item in the US and want it sending to a US address. At the time of the purchase was my default address one in the UK. The postage costs were wrong. At the 4th attempt I managed to get the address changes to, and stay changed instead of reverting back to the UK, the US address. Now the payment screen says that the US seller doesn't post to California. He is not aware of exempting California from possible destinations.
What is wrong?
